Residential Permit Parking Pilot Program Petition Meeting - Northwest

From "Residential Permit Parking Study"

Go to the project

City staff will be available to answer questions about the proposed Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Pilot Area in the Northwest. RPP petitions will be available for residents to sign, if desired. The new RPP area will only be created if 60% of residents sign the petition, and Traffic Commission approves the request.

Areas within the black, orange, and blue squares in the map below are being considered for RPP. The extension areas will only be eligible if the primary area is approved.

The meeting will be held on Monday, February 9 from 5:30-7pm at Cabalar, 2nd floor, 501 W. Lemon St.

Please note that an online petition process is being tested out for this process - Northwest residents may sign the petition online at https://arcg.is/HCKTf1.

In the event of severe weather conditions, the meeting will be postponed until Monday, February 23, same time and place. Please check back for updates.

Event date: February 9th, 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
