1. South Ann & Juniata: Safety improvements at intersections, lighting, sidewalks.
2. Broad & Chesapeake: Safety improvements, protected bicycle lanes.
3. Church Street: Lane reduction, bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements.
4. South Duke Street: Bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements, angled parking.
