Better walking paths! Another basketball court since the two hoops get busy. And EV charging!

My wife and I live next to Thaddeus Steven’s and frequently walk around the park. A better path to walk and connected trail would be nice. The basketball hoops get full and seems like an additional court with two baskets would make sense. Maybe some lights on the courts too! And EV chargers would be great.
