Vision: Everyone in Lancaster has access to the internet, resources to achieve digital literacy, and the ability to participate in online society.

Contexto: El Internet y los servicios en línea continúan cambiando la forma en que funciona nuestra sociedad, pero muchas personas se están quedando atrás.  

Visión: Todos en Lancaster tienen acceso a Internet, recursos para lograr la alfabetización digital y la capacidad de participar en la sociedad en línea.
