Church street intersection (dangerous)

Two things happen at the church, vine and lime street intersection.

1. People do not follow the arrows and try to go onto Lime street when they are in the left turn lane.
2. People several times a day turn left onto church street from the s lime street (it's a one way). Lots of almost accidents - scary as a parent who walks with a child on the sidewalks here.
