Community EV charging (similar to F&M model)

The city could use more EV chargers, and a couple spaces at parks would be a big benefit. There would have to be fees for leaving a vehicle there (during the day) when fully charged, but it could really be an asset as EV prices come down and they become more common. That could help encourage reducing the pollution emitted in the city if people feel more comfortable purchasing an EV and know they'll have a place to charge.
