Cars travel fast at this spot on Duke from both directions, difficult to safely pull out from Green Street; crosswalks aren't visible or respected by cars due to no other impetus to stop or slow.

Agree. The crosswalk at Green St is especially a problem at night, since it is not very well lit.
Also agree that cars tend to come through the 400 and 500 block of S Duke very fast at times.
