Dangerous Intersection E Orange and N Marshall

This corner has no stop lights, and though there are two stop signs on Marshall, cars are going very quickly down E Orange past the prison and there are weekly accidents and many near misses at this intersection. It is difficult to see down E Orange far enough from N Marshall. I live a few doors down and hear the screeching of tires and the metallic crunch of cars hitting quite often. This is the same intersection where a car hit a home on the corner last year. Please consider doing something to help stop these dangerous accidents. A speed bump or signage or even a red light at this point would be so much safer.
