Dangerous speeding

W Orange from Mulberry going west, but also W Chestnut and W King west of Prince. I live in this area and see and hear the speeding vehicles, including motorcycles. I walk to downtown and through the neighborhoods most days and I see the speeding vehicles weave in and out of traffic on the one way streets. Also the loud mufflers are terrible noise pollution day and night.
