Establish a permanent, dedicated funding source for Vision Zero implementation

  1. Identify projects that should be funded locally, like ongoing crosswalk implementation, and those that require grant funding through Lancaster County MPO and PennDOT. 
  2. Collaborate with County and PennDOT partners on state roads and projects that will require grant funding.
