I did not see anywhere that you address the problem of double parking. The narrowed traffic lanes just makes the problem of double parking worse, as you cannot get around the problem. While this plan helps bikers, it does nothing to help traffic flow. The road markings for bikers at intersections are confusing. Perhaps not for bikers, but for everyone else.
