Double parking on N Mulberry st and W Orange st at Fulton Elementary for student drop off/ pick up is unacceptable.

Every school day in the morning and afternoon parents double park to drop off and /or pickup their children at Fulton elementary school. Some even walk away from their cars (afternoons). The greatest problem with this is N Mulberry st. It is two way and the double parking not only cuts off the bike lane and half of the car travel lane but it also creates a problem with people who permit park there and can’t get their vehicles out. I personally don’t want to have to call dispatch for every incident. A parking authority presence would be nice to have during those times of day to maybe dissuade the practice and possibly ticket if people refuse to comply.
