Invest in a comprehensive public communication campaign.

  1. The campaign should have the goal of shifting the driving culture toward a multimodal culture. 
  2. This should address top collision factors, such as distracted driving and speeding 
  3. Develop or incorporate Vision Zero material into training and outreach materials for use by schools, fleet managers, and driving instructors.

Key Players: Center for Traffic Safety, Department of Neighborhood Engagement/Public Safety/Lancaster General/School District of Lancaster
