Invest in a comprehensive public communication campaign.
- The campaign should have the goal of shifting the driving culture toward a multimodal culture.
- This should address top collision factors, such as distracted driving and speeding
- Develop or incorporate Vision Zero material into training and outreach materials for use by schools, fleet managers, and driving instructors.
