Enforcement of Commercial Businesses

I travel this street weekly, it has a lot of potential. More streetlights at night, but the biggest issue are the commercial buildings. The closed restaurant near turkey hill and the condemned Brothers grocery at the bottom of the hill appear unkempt and accumulating trash and dumping.
