Excessive Speed and Tractor Trailers in Lancaster City

From "Street Safety Concerns"

Go to the project

Cars and tractor trailers are excessively speeding on the 400 block of E. Orange Street. My car has now been parked car has been hit by a city bus and a tractor trailer. I understand that city busses must travel in the city, but couldn't we make tractor trailers drive on wider streets, Orange Street in the 400 block is too narrow for these types of vehicles and the speeding makes it worse.
