Go to the project
Create a station grid that ensures that you are never more than a 5 minute walk to a bike station. Improve station design and tie station location to both major destinations *and* residential concentrations. Work with surrounding municipalities to create a consistent county-wide network with concentrations in places like Columbia and Lititz.

I wonder if bike charging stations and covered bus stops could be combined in ways together to be posted on sidewalks? The bus stops could house the bikes and a bench for sitting, the roof could be solar powered to charge the bike station or ebikes if they have those too. 4-5 bikes per station along with some kind of Lancaster City or County residential discount for usage.
