I support Residential Permit Parking

I live in the 600 block of East Chestnut/cross street Marshall. Parking is definitely an issue due to a restaurant on Fulton Street, especially in the evenings. A barber shop is also on the corner of Chestnut and Marshall and has it's fair share of clients. There are also numerous apartments in the 500/600 blocks of East Chestnut. This leaves very few spaces for those of us that do not have off street parking. I am willing to pay the yearly fee for the permit, as long as unpermitted parking is enforced.
