Install automated red light enforcement and designate funds from automated enforcement for Vision Zero projects 

  1. State legislation allows municipalities to install automated enforcement at locations designated through a local ordinance.
  2. Prioritize locations on the HIN, especially in low-income communities, communities of color, and/or communities with low car ownership, and near schools.
