Intersection of Lehigh & Franklin

This bit of "open" road between New Holland Ave & Walnut Street sees very fast traffic. There has been numerous accidents at Lehigh & Franklin. Students cross at this intersection and the crossing guard has had to yell at many motorists to slow down. As a motorist, pulling out of this intersection involves hope and prayer in many instances, as parked cars effectively block traveling cars.
