Line of sight

Turning from N Mary onto W Chestnut is difficult as it is hard to see fast cars approaching from the left because cars parked in the line of sight. I have even been in a minor accident as I went to pull forward and needed to break all of the sudden because i couldn’t see a can approaching; the person behind me on N Mary then hit my bumper from behind.

Some no parking paint/poles would be helpful there.
