noise pollution - Buchanan Park dog park

In my Buchanan Park neighborhood, noise pollution is getting worse, and may one day drive me out of the city. One source is traffic. Another os the terrible Barnstormers fireworks displays. A third is the annoying barking and yapping from the dog park. Might some signage be placed in the dog park to ask people to be considerate of neighbors who can actually hear their stupid dogs barking nonstop. Add some occasional enforcement, and this could have an impact. Is there a Dog Park Users Group that could be asked to do something, anything. I used to like Buchanan Park, now I kind of hate it. The users all benefit from city maintenance. Can't they do something in return to curb their dogs' enthusiasm.
