Overloaded and leaning utility pole

In front of the house at 406 N Duke St., (near Duke & Lemon intersection), there is an older utility pole next to a newer one. The older pole is weighted down with a significant number of heavy utility wires and cables. It is leaning dangerously towards busy Duke street and could potentially snap and cause harm to people and/or and passing vehicles.
