Parking in no parking area

Cars regularly ignore the no parking area on Orange St just before W Grant St, making exiting Grant St onto Orange or across to Nevin unsafe with very limited visibility of oncoming traffic, especially in the near lane. There are often at least two cars parked beyond the marked no parking sign here.
