Permit parking on Lititz Ave

Lititz Ave has always been the “no man land” because it’s a dead end street . The city own the cul de sac and the street own by Manheim township. It’s been years that neither townships would do anything to solve the parking nightmare. There are serval households who have multiple work trucks or abdomen Vehicles which are left at the cul de sac or on the street for months which that ordinary residents cannot find parking. Because it’s a no thur way, people just double park sometimes at night or on the weekend. It use to gave loose dogs and kids playing along the street with cars driving by and unable to make u turn around. Because it’s close to Amtrak, there is possibly riders park here to avoid paying for parking also. Permit parking is the only way to solve the ongoing problem.
