Planning is one thing; execution is everything

I have no faith in the City’s ability to execute this plan. Just look at Walnut/Chestnut streets. The bike lanes are too narrow. They have a lot of debris in them and cars park in the buffer without getting tickets. I wouldn’t consider using them, the car lanes are safer.
