Poured-in-place concrete skatepark

A proper skatepark in Lancaster would be a huge win for city. Beautiful concrete skateparks are springing up everywhere: York, Honeybrook, Ephrata, Reamstown, Elverson. Lititz and Quarryville have just expanded theirs! It's such a shame that kids in Lancaster don't have a free, accessible place to ride. I can't think of a more exciting project for Reservoir Park!
