A round about should be installed or rumble bars to SLOW DOWN traffic, on corners of CONESTOGA AND UNION AND FILBERT by UGI building and recycling building. This is within walking distance of CARTER McCary elementary and Cullinton park. A good many vehicles even police car roll through this intersection. Should be reviewed extensively.
