Rolling through Stop Signs

It is extremely common that cars roll through this stop sign without stopping. I've witnessed a few bad accidents and many many near-accidents. Children play and ride bikes/scooters at this intersection, making it that much more dangerous.

I completely agree with this post. The stops signs on Pearl St. are practically useless. Many commuters use Pearl St to connect Manor St and College Ave and speed through stop sings often without touching their brakes. We need speed bumps and enforcement.
