Running red lights

There needs to be more enforcement of red lens violations. Cameras should be mounted at various busy intersections and on Rt. 30. Installation of smart traffic lights would be good. Then use the technology to ticket scoff laws by mail for fines and cancelation of licenses. It's way out of hand in Lancaster.
