Similar to the 5 senses garden in county park it would be a nice place for one like that (smaller scale) ... It's great for education - maybe incorporate a talk machine that tells you about the history of Lancaster City! Include spots to sit and enjoy nature, small free picnic area along with a new playground. It certainly will be. Main attraction!
