Speeding through crosswalks

I’m scared to use crosswalk. Left turning lane on Duke and Vine speed through. Cars racing around the corner. I don’t cross in the crosswalk because of fear for safety. We need traffic police giving tickets! We moved to Lancaster so we could walk everywhere. It’s only a matter of time before I get hit by a car. We bought our house because previous owner was hit by a car as a result moved.
