Tennyson Drive Speeding

The 200 Block of Tennyson Drive has a lot of foot traffic, but it also has a lot of vehicles that speed through the neighborhood. It seems to be used to bypass the intersection of Lampeter Road and Lincoln Highway East. A speed hump would help with this issue. I fear someone may get injured due to street parking and narrow passing.

I wonder if a radar speed sign could be set up on both sides along with a temporary plastic speed bump to encourage slowdown. I am sure the data on how fast and how many cars use that road could be easily monitored and detected.
