One home split into two or more apartments means up to 4 cars per house. the city shouldn't allow landlords to split homes unless they provide off street parking.

I reported this months ago and got a positive comment about the idea. My idea is if you split a house you have to provide off street parking.

There is little to no consideration for residential parking. I live on Buchanan and West End. We have Buchanan park, the dog park ( which does not have a parking lot), the North Museum (also no lot), almost ever weekend something happening in the park, and now the city has allowed West Art to open a cafe and wine bar, open from 7 am to 10 pm, again with no parking other than in residential areas. I believe anybody who puts a business in a residential area should have to have their own parking available, and not take up local residential parking spots.
