Think it will encourage more tourism.

Yes Jose but. How would you improve that area? Better housing. Better schools. Better political representation. Organize for change. Tom

    @Thomas Hoober Positive change for this area starts with proper recidivism of the ex-convict community that this is. There are far too many Men in this area that drive to work with a suspended suspended driver's license. A vast number of us have received 2 year suspension's for $5 worth of marijuana each time getting caught it. Until we're able to drive our Children to school and the park legally, this community won't be able to be "included."

      I highly doubt tourists will want to view the low-income housing area of Hill Rise apartments. Heroin addicts literally sleep on the side of Duke st. Turkey Hill. Tourists would be doing so at an elevated risk of armed robbery. This is the reality of bad governing in Lancaster, Pa.
