Traffic light at E King and Marshall

Watching people try to ease out from Marshall on to the E King speedway is watching accidents ready to happen. Also, pedestrians crossing have to dodge oncoming traffic.
A traffic study is needed so that a light and crosswalks can be added to make the intersection safer for all who walk or drive through the area.
