Turns and speeds on North Plum

Drivers tend to barrel around turns from Chestnut heading North or from Walnut heading South on North Plum. As a main junction of 30 and 23, drivers tend to speed through this area given the wide road. There have been numerous crashes at Walnut and Plum, and Chestnut and Plum. With the new Catherine Hershey School, McCaskey foot traffic, and plenty of families in the area, we need to calm traffic in this area and increase walkability on the East side overall.
