Unsafe intersection Queen St/New St

There are repeated accidents at the intersection of N Queen St and New St. including at least two within the last 15 months involving vehicles ending up on the sidewalk causing damage to the properties. The visibility is poor for cars trying to cross from New St. and people speed on Queen St between the two streetlights proceeding and following the intersection I’m reporting. We need a solution.

I wonder if speed risers at the crosswalks would help to slow down Queen St. traffic and give better visibility as vehicles would have to slow down to go over them.
