A fully funded education system. That means, competitive wages for teachers, fully resourced and supplied schools, modern/updated facilities (with all exposure to hazardous chemicals mitigated), and nutritious breakfast and lunch programs. This is the only way to ensure the economic status of Lancaster continues to grow, we need to continually invest in education and expand opportunities. We need to draw from the local talent potential within the city. Keeping kids and teens engaged in life and career development will keep them from getting into trouble. This is a great city and from what I've seen and heard the schools a great here. The schools need to be supported as essential to the community and the overall economic goals of Lancaster.

Support for Community Benefit Organizations. Many of these agencies are the "Mesh" that keeps the community residents engaged and connected.
