This is where the sidewalk ends. Literally. It is also the most direct route to school for many students. Students walk on the road to keep their shoes clean and to get around the shrubbery. The fact that this "island" is part of Manheim Township does not reduce the urgency addressing the danger. Please address this danger before another student gets hit by a car and ends up in the hospital.

I know where this is at and it's a dangerous area especially in the morning with students trying run across as cars come around the curve. There isn't room for a sidewalk here and I don't know what could be done to make this area safer for walkers. Going across 23 from anywhere past Broad and East towards Ranck is a danger for any walkers, not just students.
