The City of Lancaster is seeking public comments for its draft 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report captures the City’s 2022 accomplishments for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Public Meeting - March 22

The public is invited to attend a public meeting on March 22 at 12 pm at City Hall, Council Chambers, 120 N. Duke Street. The meeting will be streamed on the City's YouTube. Once completed, the video and presentation will be linked here on this page.

Keep your eye out for another upcoming opportunity to review the 2023 Annual Action Plan outlining the use of these funds.

Previous Community Feedback

In 2020, the City of Lancaster, with input from the community, prepared the 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan outlining the use of $9 million in grant funds Lancaster receives over five years. The Community Priorities Poll hosted here on Engage Lancaster (engage.cityoflancasterpa.gov) gathered hundreds of responses on how to best use these funds. 

It is important to note these funding allocations are largely guided by this previous community engagement. You can see the archived Community Priorities Poll to see the feedback that is informing this 5-year funding plan approved by City Council & HUD in 2021.
