During this phase, we'll work on getting contractors on board and beginning construction. Joe Jackson is slated to be under construction between July and October of 2026. Ewell Gantz will follow Joe Jackson, likely from October-December 2026.

South End Park will follow when funding allows (likely 2027-2028).
