During this phase, we'll work on getting contractors on board and beginning construction. Joe Jackson and Ewell Gantz are slated to be under construction beginning in August or September of 2026, depending on the arrival of delayed playground equipment from overseas.

South End Park will follow when funding allows (likely 2027-2028).
