Landis Drive Stormwater Improvements

The Landis Drive Stormwater Improvement project will help reduce localized flooding and improve stormwater drainage in the neighborhood, while also addressing erosion issues and repairing deteriorated pavement. The City plans to use several underground trenches along Landis Drive, between Boxwood Land and Conestoga Boulevard/Holly Lane, to collect and store stormwater under the road. The stormwater will then slowly soak into the ground, helping to recharge the groundwater aquifer.  The City will also repair the deteriorated pavement as part of this project.

Your input is needed!

We need your help with identifying flooding and drainage related problems on Landis Drive.

For additional information, contact Cindy McCormick, City Engineer, at 717-291-4729.

This project is part of the citywide Green Infrastructure Program, which helps reduce the impact of stormwater runoff on local waterways.
