Neighborhood Quality of Life Survey

The City of Lancaster conducted the annual Neighborhood Pride Survey to assess quality of life in our neighborhoods. The top categories where residents felt they needed more support were:

  • Neighborhood environment— interactions with neighbors, noise, cleanliness, and transportation
  • Public safety—safety & police engagement
  • Housing—quality, cost, and access to housing
  • Community health and well-being

Based on residents’ answers in those categories, we’d like to gather more information to gain a better understanding of residents’ needs and concerns.

“Quality of life” can be defined as the degree to which an individual is healthy, comfortable, and able to participate in or enjoy life.

Your input helps the City of Lancaster assess how we can improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
