Project Launch - Lancaster by Design

Clarion will be visiting Lancaster between Monday August 17 – Wednesday August 19, 2026. They will:

• Meet with the advisory committee.
• Meet with elected and appointed officials.
• Meet with city staff and community members.
• Take a guided tour of the city with staff.
• Hold an open house for residents.

Project Launch Goals

The goals of the project launch are to:

• Learn what the community wants from the project.
• Identify which current regulations work well.
• Identify which regulations need improvement.
